Luxury spa day at the Athenaeum Club

Today I had the most amazing time at the Athenaeum club in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. The spa itself is beautiful! Recently renovated so fresh and clean.  

It’s very chilled and not over crowded with an amazing pool area and comfortable loungers. The toast and jam for breakfast was lovely as was the afternoon tea which is served in a beautiful room with comfortable chairs and chilled music.  

Overall this was the most relaxing luxurious spa day I’ve been on and I would definitely recommend it!  

My full body massage was amazing and I feel like a new woman thanks to Caroline!
